Bloomington MN Executive Homes and New Construction.

Surprisingly, the Bloomington MN real estate market does offer a few new single family home construction listings. What is even more surprising is that the lots and parcels are not “picked over;” they enjoy some of the finest river bluff and park views in the entire south and west metro suburbs. However, inventory is limited. If you act quickly, you may be able to find some remaining spots on the Auto Club Road/Circle area that re open to builders of your choosing. Enjoy sweeping views of the Minnesota River Valley and the Minnesota Valley Country Club. Some available parcels and to-be-builts are just within view of Bloomington Ferry Landing, Nord Myr Park, Marsh Lake Park, Hyland Hills Skiing, and Minnesota Valley National Wildlife Recreation Area. Executive homes, both new and those only a few years old include construction by Registry and Charles Cudd. Luxury estates include Country French built property by Marv Anderson in the River Bluff Estates backing up to the Minnesota Valley Golf Course. In any of these neighborhoods you can expect to see lush views of trees, parks, water, and even the deer and wild turkeys that populate these areas. Home amenities you can expect include three, four, or even five garage stalls, gourmet kitchens, granite counters, large lots, quiet streets, marble foyers, marble fireplaces, and finished areas up to 7,000 square feet!
